WILLIAMS" is a highly educated and highly ranking lawyer or government official who apparently can't spell and feels the odd need to randomly capitalize some WORDS (like that).
Since you never had a contract with United Nations Office of INTERNATIONAL FUNDS TRANSFER / AUDIT UNIT, this should immediately strike you as a scam. Allow us to point out the inconsistencies and how the scam works.
