into The United States, Canada and parts of Europe.
We require competent representatives who can help us establish a medium
of getting to our customers in the USA, Canada and Europe as well as
making payments through you to us.We will be glad and would be willing to
give a good percentage for this. Please contact us for more information on
the above Subject to your satisfaction you will be given the opportunity
to negotiate your mode of which we will pay for your services as our

Obvious giveaways that this is a scam

1. If you don't know the sender, how did he get your email address, and why would he pick you to be his partner?

2. Innumerable misspellings, punctuation, syntax and poor grammar.  If his writing is this bad, how successful a businessman could he possibly be?

3. The business proposal is extremely vague: "We require competent representatives who can help us establish a medium of getting to our customers in the USA, Canada and Europe as well as making payments through you to us." It sounds like they have NO business in these countries.  So what's your role, setting up a company to sell their trinkets?  Not likely that you'll be able to effectively compete against Wal-Mart!

4. He uses a Yahoo email account to conduct business??  Why doesn't he write from his company email?

5. "Peter Duka" is obviously not a Chinese name.  It is clearly of US or European origin.  So, why is he coming to you?  Has he absolutely no contacts in his home country?
