Did you receive an email from "Mr.Vikki Malcom" at "The Russian Foundation for Basic Research (http://www.rfbr.ru)" who
says to contact "Mr.Brian Millavic"? Here's a variation on the basic scam
money transfer email. The Russian Foundation for Basic Research supposedly supported by "ECOWAS" wants to just GIVE
you money, as long as you use a part of help to develop the environment.
If it isn't obvious, we'll say it for you: this is a complete
scam and fraud. The Russian Foundation for Basic Research may or may not exists; but that is irrelevant, but the
email and the grant are all nonsense. If you believe that there are
organizations randomly handing out money like this, then you probably still
believe in the tooth fairy.
Brian Millavic and Vikki Malcom (not their real names, obviously, and probably the
same person) hopes to con you into sending money for various "fees" to free the fortune.

The Russian Foundation for basic research was conceived with the objective
of human growth, educational and scientific research, with a mind also for
Community development. In conjunction with the ECOWAS, UNO and the EU We are
giving out a yearly donation of US$1,350,000.00 (One million, Three hundred
and Fifty thousand United states dollars only) each to 100 lucky recipients.
These specific Donations/Grants will be awarded to 100 lucky international

or a shop'scash invoice around your area in which you might have purchased
something from).
