Example - Fred Summers,
"he is a Canadian, living in Africa... and his father just died, leaving he a fortune, that he needs your help with!", "is properly invested... just pretend to be a lawyer (a crime in the U.S., by the way)"
Have you received an email from "Fred Summers",
who says "he is a Canadian, living in Africa... and his father just died, leaving he a fortune, that he needs your help with!"? And what follows is a convoluted sob story of one misery
after another, along with a healthy dose of gibberish, spelling errors, terrible
gram, syntax and punctuation, not exactly befitting an extremely wealthy person. And now, poor bereaved
"Fred Summers", needs YOUR help to ensure that the fortune is properly invested... just pretend to be a lawyer (a crime in the U.S., by the way). Odd that they'd pick a total stranger,
in a foreign
country to trust their money to, don't you think?
Isn't odd that this "Canadian", just happens to be in NIGERIA
right now? And isn't more odd that rather than writing like a Canadian, he uses
the same horrible spelling, poor grammar, moronic syntax and other illiteracies,
just like a Nigerian scammer? What a coincidence... unless... do you
think.... may be IS a Nigerian scammer!
Of course, it is a scam. Don't reply to it.

To start with,
My name is FRED SUMMERS
i'm from the CANADA, i was born and raised to a certain level in
live until something happened unfortunately.
I am from a family of two kids which i happed to be the first
child. Money aren't our problem cos Dad is got a lot of it.
Mum died when i was still a young boy, My brother tony summers
is in my dads house in Canada.
Well to short-cut the story, Unfortunately i just got a sad
news from my Dads international lawyer that my Dad has just
passed away 1 week and few days ago, and that he has already
willed all assest to me and my younge brother. But you know this
world is full of misunderstanding and jealousy especially from
the people you think you trust i. uncles and relations. All this
is happening cos i'm not presently in the CANADA.
I'm a graduate of the university of Lagos where i completed my
schooling as a person who likes travelling and sightseeing, who
decided to complete college in AFRICA, My lawyer adviced me to
get an international investor as my brother is too young to
invest that huge amount of money, all am trying to say is that I
want you to be of a big help to me, That is you have to be my
international investor and a beneficial ending is assured to you
by me. I'm tired down by the company (shell company, an oil
company ) i work with now until next 3 weeks when i think i will
be free, which we all know is an opportunity for my relation to
gold dig me and my brother off my fathers assest. I have made a
standing order to my Dad's lawyer(HON.MURPHY KELLS) to realease
out the sum of $16 million USD to my brothers account in
Canada,as a cheque,which he did few days ago.
My brother is too young to invest that huge amount of
money So this is where you have to come in, My brother will have
to send money to your account,As a business person you can help
me invest the money after reducting your 25% as a beneficiary.
But first an agreement has to be signed by my
lawyer(Barr.Thomas Vincent).
