who says

And what follows is a convoluted sob story of one misery
after another, along with a healthy dose of gibberish, spelling errors, terrible
gram, syntax and punctuation, not exactly befitting an extremely wealthy person. And now, poor bereaved
"Jeromi Mbeke", needs YOUR help to
help me claim my Inheritance from the security company here in Ghana so that further my education..
Odd that they'd pick a total stranger,
in a foreign
country to trust their money to, don't you think?

Dear Friend,
First of all i am sorry for intruding into you at this beginning of the
year.
My name is Jeromi Mbeke the son of One of the Political God Fathers To The
Opposition Party to the ruling people party of Kenya who
just pass away some few weeks ago during the worst crisis's that have ever
affected our great country Kenya.
My father was attacked by the opposition rebels to the Mwai Kibaki Campaign
but i thought he could survive the Incident but
unfortunately he passed away after a couple of Days in the Kenyan Central
Hospital in Nairobi, Before he finally gave up the Ghost
he called me as the only heir and surviving child to inform me about a Huge
amount of money which he Deposited with a security
company in Accra Ghana one of the most peaceful country in Africa as i was
told by my Late Father and he gave to me all the Legal
Document including the picture of the trunk box of money which he took
before he went forth to make the Deposit with the security
company.
I manage to escape from my country Kenya to Ghana through the help of a
Refugee Bus that came to rescue us,and i am currently
seeking refuge in a refugee camp here in Accra Ghana where my late Father
ask me to relocate to after his death to make the claim of
the consignment trunk box,It was after i went to the security company with
the help of the locating address which was in the
Document which my late father gave to me that i was given the Agreement
letter which my late father went into with the security
company.
The Agreement states that on no account should the security company release
the consignment trunk box to me without providing them
with a Foreign Partner who will help me make the claim and help me Invest
Wisely to better my life with it.
and i am very emotional about the death of my father and the rest of my
family.
I am seeking your assistance to help me claim my Inheritance from the
security company here in Ghana so that further my education.
The Consignment Trunk box which my late Father deposited with the security
company is containing the sum of $9.8m USD but my father
said to me before he died at the hospital bed that i should look for a trust
worthy Individual to be my foreign beneficiary whom
will help me received the the box and better my life with it.
