Below is a real example of a fake business proposal from
China... or Nigeria. If you don't believe its a scam, ask
yourself why, if they have a website, do they want you to reply to a Yahoo email
address? the answer is the scammer has nothing to do with the website,
which may belong to a legitimate business.
And of course, there is no "banking system" anywhere that would
turn money away, and require a business to get a "local agent" in another
country.
