Prof. Charles C. Soludo, The Executive Director (Governor) Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN).
Ah, yet another "Prof. Charles C. Soludo" scam email... Did you receive an email stating that "Prof. Charles C. Soludo"
claims that he has "been instructed by the Federal Government of Nigeria Revenue
Office to leglly transfer your contract payment"? It is a scam. We can't
understand why anyone would think this is legitimate.
Unless you are a contractor who has worked in Nigeria and is
still owed money from the work, it ought to be apparent that this is plainly a
